Why
Butternut, acorn and other winter squashes are digestible sources of fibre, vitamin A and potassium, similar to pumpkin. Remove seeds and skin, cook plain.
How to serve it
Bake or steam, peel, deseed, mash or cube.

Loose stools if overfed.
