One clear, well-lit photo where the face is visible is the minimum; 3–5 photos from slightly different angles give the best likeness. Daylight beats flash, eye-level beats top-down.

That's our whole obsession. Every portrait is automatically compared against your photos — exact markings, coat colors, ear shape, eye color. Portraits that fail are repainted before you see them, and if you still don't recognize your friend, we repaint or refund.

Digital portraits are usually ready within a few hours. You'll get a private link to watch progress live.

Yes — the Keepsake package includes a framed canvas shipped to your door, printed by our print partner. You can also order prints later from any finished portrait.

Dogs and cats are our specialty and have dedicated breed pages. Other companions are welcome too — the pipeline works from photos, not from species lists.

You do. Full private and personal usage rights are included; your photos are used only to create your order and are never used to train models or shown publicly.
