The likeness guarantee
If your portrait isn't clearly your pet, we repaint it free of charge until it is. This is the heart of how we work.
Refunds before printing
For digital orders and any print that hasn't gone to production yet, you can request a full refund if you're not happy — no forms, no fuss.
Personalized items
Because portraits are custom-made for your specific pet, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once a physical item has been printed and shipped. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it free.
