Artistic interpretation
A portrait is an artistic interpretation of your pet, not a photographic reproduction. We keep the markings, colours and character faithful — but costumes, backgrounds and lighting are creative work, and small stylistic differences between preview and final files are normal.
Screens vs prints
Colours vary between monitors, phones and printed material. We calibrate prints as closely as we can, but a canvas will never match a bright phone screen exactly. If a print arrives damaged or clearly wrong, we replace it free.
Your photos
You must have the right to use any photo you upload. Photos are used only to create your order — never to train models, never published without your permission. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
