Can cats eat grapes & raisins?
No. Treat grapes and raisins as poison for cats too.
Why
Kidney injury from grapes is best documented in dogs, but cats are assumed to be at risk and there is no benefit that would justify testing it.

Never.
Symptoms to watch for
Vomiting, lethargy, reduced appetite, changes in urination. Contact your vet immediately.
If your cat has eaten grapes & raisins, don't wait for symptoms.
