Can dogs eat raw bread dough?
No. Rising dough expands and ferments in the stomach.

Why
Yeast dough keeps rising in the warm stomach, causing painful bloat and even gastric torsion, and the fermentation produces alcohol. Baked bread is a different matter.
What to do instead
Never; keep rising dough covered and out of reach.
Symptoms to watch for
Bloated hard belly, retching, wobbliness, disorientation, collapse — emergency.
If your dog has eaten raw bread dough, don't wait for symptoms.
